Family-Owned & Operated
BUILT ON FAMILY. DRIVEN BY PURPOSE.
Every load we haul carries the weight of a promise — to our clients, our drivers, and the communities we help build.
Who We Are
OUR STORY
AHSITAL & YOR Environmental Group is owned and operated by Roy Beasley and Latisha Sneed — a family team built on trust, grit, and a shared vision for what a hauling company can be.
Mr. Beasley brings 15 years of industry experience and over one million miles of OTR driving to every dispatch. As the founder of The Beasley Group — a transportation company out of Long Beach, CA — he built and scaled a business through some of the most turbulent years in modern trucking: pre, during, and post Covid. In 2021 alone, The Beasley Group generated over $1.5 million in revenue, a testament to his ability to lead, adapt, and grow under pressure.
Now he's bringing that same business acumen, operational discipline, and drive to scale to the Las Vegas Valley — this time in the aggregate lane. AHSITAL & YOR was founded with a clear mission: deliver the reliability and personal accountability of a family operation, backed by the experience and infrastructure to grow fast.
When you work with AHSITAL & YOR, you're not a ticket number. You're a partner. Our team knows your project, your timeline, and your standards — and we show up ready to meet them every single time.
What Drives Us
OUR MISSION
“To move the materials that build Las Vegas — with integrity, reliability, and the personal commitment that only a family-owned operation can deliver.”
Family First
We treat every client, driver, and partner the way we'd treat our own family — with honesty and respect.
Reliability
When we commit to a haul, we deliver. On time, every time, no excuses.
Accountability
We own our work from dispatch to delivery. If something needs fixing, we fix it.
Community
Las Vegas is our home. We take pride in moving the materials that build and sustain it.
